American Indians Were Sent To West Africa and Europe As Slaves Before Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade

Author Jack Forbes of the famous book "Africans and Native Americans" makes us aware that American Indians Slaves were sent to West Africa during the time of the Transatlantic slave trade and their descendants are still there. Americans Indians were also sent to Angola, Liberia, and North Africa during the time of King Phillips War during the late 1600's through 1700's. Many West Africans are in fact descendants of American Indians.
